Nicholas J. Fazio

Nicholas J. Fazio serves as Chief Executive Officer of LEDX Group, bringing more than 20 years of leadership experience across the audiovisual and LED display industries. Throughout his career, Nicholas has built a reputation for driving innovation, scaling organizations, and delivering strategic growth within highly competitive global markets. His hands-on approach, combined with a deep understanding of technology, operations, and customer needs, has consistently positioned the companies he leads at the forefront of industry advancements.

Nicholas began his career in 1998 in the system integration space, where he gained valuable experience designing, deploying, and supporting complex audiovisual solutions for a wide range of clients. This foundation in the integration world gave him unique insight into real-world end-user requirements and the practical challenges of implementing large-scale display and AV systems. In 2014, he transitioned into manufacturing leadership, taking on a pivotal role in building and shaping a global direct-view LED division from the ground up. His efforts focused on product development, quality control, supply chain optimization, and establishing strong international partnerships.

In 2017, Nicholas was appointed CEO of Unilumin USA. Over the following years, he successfully scaled the organization into a significant player within the LED display industry. His leadership emphasized operational excellence, team development, and a customer-centric culture that strengthened market presence and expanded the company’s reach across North America.

In 2018, Nicholas led Unilumin’s strategic investment in Trans-Lux Corporation (TNLX) and later assumed the role of CEO of Trans-Lux in 2020. He guided both organizations through one of the most turbulent periods in modern business history—the COVID-19 pandemic—while simultaneously managing dual leadership responsibilities. His ability to navigate supply chain disruptions, shifting market demands, and organizational transformation during this time highlighted his resilience, strategic foresight, and commitment to long-term stability.
